Women Special Fitness Sessions
On the occasion of Women's day, MTCC brings you an opportunity to learn about different fitness forms. On the occasion of women's day, MTCC is going to conduct 3 sessions for ladies, it will be majorly focused on Physical, Physiological, Practical and Mental activities.
- General fitness - physical activities for Weight-loss
- Self defense
- Dance (combination of different types)
- Yoga - for stress management and without giving extra time
