You might have heard about Swapnil Patil and his journey from Vasai to World Cup. A local boy from Vasai pursued his passion for cricket, he gave up on his patience but not on his hope. He was then included in the UAE international cricket squad for ICC World Cup 2015. Vasai Kala Krida Mahotsav has been providing a platform for the young individual, sportsperson, and professionals to compete and improvise upon your talent through various sports event. Some prior participants are said to have played national and international games which we consider as the biggest achievement of all the hard work we have been doing for years. Every year we have a good response to the sports game with most popular sports event being Kabaddi, Badminton, Kho-Kho etc. This year we have introduced a new sports event "Yoga".
